Ian Carr - General Manager
I joined Drive Lines in November 2008 having previously spent several years running 2 non-engineering businesses.

I qualified as an Inspector with Vauxhall Motors, and after 11 years joined Pressurements Ltd, an instrumentation manufacturer, as Production Manager. A spell as Commercial Manager co-incided with the acquisition of the business by GE Industrial Systems, hence my decision to ‘plough my own furrow’.

Outside of work I assist in the running of an aviation society, and enjoy birdwatching, walking, travel, theatre and DIY. I am married to Susan and have a large cat called Zack.
 
Patrick Logue - Director
I joined Drive Lines in 2004 as a Technical Sales Engineer and progressed to Director
in 2008.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and have extensive experience in motion control, screw jacks, gearboxes and servo systems.

To relax I play the piano and rugby union. 
 
Bob Clark - Owner
I am a qualified Marine Engineer and have worked in the transmissions business
since 1973.

I established Drive Lines in 1985 with the vision of creating improved levels of service to customers in both OEM and End User sectors. We still maintain this ethos of customer care.

Outside work I am a Rowing Coach and would like to return to competitive rowing. I play classical guitar and love photography my country and my grandchildren. I am married to Jeannette and have a son and a daughter. I am German speaking and love to travel.
  Matt Jones - Technical Sales Engineer & Linear Specialist
I joined Drive Lines in 2010 but  was previously well known to Drive Lines as a customer for over 5 years.

I specialise in linear motion and prior to working for Drive Lines, I was the Managing Director of IDA Motion Ltd. The two companies joined forces in January 2010. I have a HNC Mechanical Engineering qualification, am a qualified Engineering Technician and have 10 years of experience in technical sales and customer management.

I enjoy motor sports, tennis and camping with my family in my spare time. 
 
Christina Claydon - Company Secretary/Financial Manager/Sales

I joined Drive Lines 5 years after it was established, in April 1990.

I have a commercial background, a good all-round product knowledge, am bilingual in German and English and have many years of experience within a sales environment, customer management and financial administration.

In my spare time, I enjoy keeping fit, walking, cycling, golf, gardening and DIY. 
  Gina Hutchings - Administration & Marketing
I joined Drive Lines in 2010 in a marketing capacity.

I hold a BA (Hons) and CIM Diploma in Marketing and have 6 years of marketing experience within various industry sectors.

In my spare time I like to walk my dogs, explore different countries and read.
