Wörner damped stops are used to provide controlled, precise positioning or separation of single or accumulated pallet loads and work pieces. They protect fragile or sensitive assemblies and sub-assemblies from shock resulting from positioning.

Atmospheric air is used for damping. Damping effects automatically adapt to varying loads. Compressed air is used for actuation.

Damped stops are sturdy and economical. The impact force between pallets is reduced by up to 95%. Suitable for speeds from 6 m/min to 36 m/min. Loads up to 1500kg.

The availability of position and condition sensors ensure simple integration with automation.

Integrated protection prevents the penetration of dust, dirt and swarf.
